All members are eligible for a resort membership on purchase of Villas. In case of transfer of the ownership of the Villas to a new customer; a mandatory membership transfer fees is applicable as stated below -

• 1000 Square Yards Villa - Rs 10,00,000/- (Ten Lakhs Only)

• 500 Square Yards Villa - Rs 5,00,000/- (Five Lakhs Only)
